- The systems involved: your CRM, ERP, documents, payments or identity provider
- Whether you have engineers who would maintain a new system
- Any date that matters, such as a contract renewal or an audit
What not to send
Do not send passwords, production credentials, or records about your patients, clients or customers. We do not need them for a first conversation.
What happens next
We reply by email and suggest a discovery call. After the call you get a short written summary of what we heard. There is no charge for that and no obligation.
